About the Journal

Life Course Psychology is an official journal that provides a scholarly platform for examining and discussing issues in psychological development across the human lifespan. The journal is published by Scidac Plus in collaboration with Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Raden Fatah Palembang. This journal is dedicated to advancing scientific knowledge on human growth, development, and adaptation from early childhood to late adulthood. It emphasizes the dynamic processes of development, life transitions, resilience, well-being, and psychological adjustment within diverse cultural and social contexts. The Life Course Psychology publishes high-quality manuscripts covering theoretical, empirical, and applied research in areas such as developmental psychology, educational psychology, counseling, family studies, cross-cultural psychology, aging, and mental health across the lifespan. The journal also welcomes interdisciplinary contributions, including quantitative and qualitative research, as well as case studies that enrich understanding from psychological, sociocultural, educational, and clinical perspectives. The journal aims to foster intellectual exchange among researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers in the field of life course and developmental psychology at both national and international levels.
