Manajemen Sarana Prasarana dalam Pembelajaran Digital Pada Pendidikan Dasar
Abstract
The importance of managing facilities and infrastructure by each educational unit in order to optimize management functions and meet the needs of digital learning that are in accordance with the characteristics and learning styles of students in elementary education. That the needs of generation Z and Alpha students with digital characteristics and learning styles (digital natives) are faced in a learning process that is able to utilize technology with various digital media. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of infrastructure management in digital learning in elementary education, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of its implementation. Based on the results of the study of relevant texts and research, the data analysis begins by classifying the collected data based on the problems studied, then analyzed using content analysis, the results of the analysis and interpretation of the data are then concluded. The results of the study found that the implementation of infrastructure management in digital learning is carried out through the following stages: 1) Planning; 2) Procurement; 3) Arrangement; 4) Use; 5) Control/Supervision and reporting of goods; and 6) Deletion, carried out consistently, with good coordination, commitment, and periodic evaluation/improvement, so that the implementation of infrastructure management, especially in digital learning. Supporting factors include: 1) Commitment from the government, schools, and the community to support the optimal management of facilities and infrastructure for digital learning; 2) Innovative human resources for teachers/educators. Inhibiting factors include: 1) Low awareness of the importance of implementing each stage of the facility and infrastructure management function in educational units; and 2) Budget limitations.
