Strategi Manajemen Manasik Haji Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Keagamaan Bagi Jamaah Haji di KBIHU Multazam Palembang

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Hajj manasik management strategy implemented by KBIHU Multazam Palembang City to improve the religious quality of Hajj pilgrims in 1446H/2025M, and to identify factors that hinder the implementation of this strategy. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the Hajj manasik management strategy at KBIHU Multazam includes structured planning, organizing competent guides, implementing integrated manasik, and ongoing supervision. This strategy has been proven to improve the mental, spiritual, and technical readiness of Hajj pilgrims. However, there are several inhibiting factors in its implementation, including the limited number of guides, limited guidance time due to busy pilgrims, and limited supporting facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the competence of guides, optimize manasik facilities, and implement more flexible scheduling so that the manasik management strategy can run optimally and effectively in improving the religious quality of Hajj pilgrims.
