Abstract

This study was conducted at the Cinta Karya Health Center, Plakat Tinggi District. The purpose of this study was to determine the health services provided to Indonesian Healthy Card (KIS) patients at the Cinta Karya Health Center and to determine what factors inhibit the provision of maximum services to Indonesian Healthy Card (KIS) patients at this Health Center. The method used in this study was a qualitative method and the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the analysis of this study were Health Services for KIS Patients at the Cinta Karya Health Center, Plakat Tinggi District, PERMENKES RI No. 04 of 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for Health measured from the number of quality facilities and infrastructure for goods/services, the number and quality of Health Human Resources and Procedures for delivering standards are said to be still inadequate, but the flow of procedures and services at the Health Center is quite clear, simple, and not complicated. Then the inhibiting factors in providing services to KIS patients are related to health resources and delays in the supply/distribution of medicines and limited medical facilities that can hinder the health service process at the Cinta Karya Health Center.
