Group guidance with an approach to Islamic values, especially preaching. The approach used in this study is the field research method (library research), data collection with the Documentation method, namely searching for data from many literatures, both printed and electronic, that are related, interviews conducted on the main actors or main informants, and direct observation in the field, the data obtained is analyzed and Critical Analysis Description which attempts to reveal findings in the field. The findings in this study are: First. There is discipline training which is carried out in the morning assembly every day, accountability training in the form of being made an officer both in the morning assembly and in congregational prayers, patience training which is carried out in the bathing queue, and instilling religious values by memorizing short verses, prayers and the call to prayer, self-confidence training which is involved in big day events and also skills. Second, it produces disciplined students which is proven by the utilization of time, no students running away from the appointment schedule to become officers, creates a sense of patience and becomes better towards students who have problems, many students have memorized short verses especially the last 11 verses, prayers, and the call to prayer in turns.
