Pengaruh Program Leadership Basic Traning Pelajar Islam Indonesia Terhadap Peningkatan Nilai Karakter Islami Pelajar di Kota Palembang

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the Leadership Basic Training (LBT) program organized by Indonesian Islamic Students on the improvement of Islamic character values in students. The Islamic character in question includes noble morals, discipline, responsibility, and leadership. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The theory used is Leadership Basic Training (Lbt) Master Book of PII Regeneration (1985) and Islamic character education according to Marzuki (2015). Data was collected through questionnaires or questionnaires, observations and documentation related to the Leadership Basic Training program for Indonesian Islamic Students in Palembang City Students. Respondents consisted of students who had participated in the LBT program. The sample in this study consisted of 52 students. The variables of this study consist of the Basic Leadership Training Program (X) and Islamic Character (Y). Data management is assisted by the SPSS for windows version 19 program. The results of this study based on the results of the normality test show that the significance of 0.000 < 0.05 can be concluded that Ha is accepted and the residual data is normally distributed. The results of linear regression based on data analysis showed that the value of tcal = 3.743 while the significance value was 0.00. So the significance value is smaller than the value of 0.05 or 0.00 < 0.00, which means that there is a significant influence between the variables of the Leadership Basic Training Program (X) and Islamic Character (Y). With this assessment, the Basic Coaching Leadership Training Program is expected to be an evaluation in the future so that the Islamic character in the LBT program can be achieved.
